- Working in extremely low light conditions the XVD103 produces exceptional results where other CCTV cameras wouldn't see a thing! Originally developed for bars and nightclubs, the light sensitivity of the XVD103 is so good that it can retain a colour picture in very low light conditions. With such stunning low light performance and the ability to capture colour images in low light situations, the XVD103 is a great choice not only for all applications but also poorly illuminated external areas such as compounds, car parks and wasteland. The XVD103 has some great additional features. With built in "On Screen Graphics", you can set up camera tiles and adjust other useful options. Privacy Masking enables you to prevent the camera/operator looking at areas they shouldn't, Picture Mirror allows you to flip the image to get the correct orientation, Colour Adjustment, Light level and other engineer friendly options allow you to set up the camera for the perfect picture exactly how you want it to be. The XVD103 has a beautifully engineered 3-D gimbal. This means that you can mount the dome on the wall and point the camera in any direction with the resulting picture being angled correctly. Accessories include an attractive wall-mounting bracket for a more traditional installation and a flush mount dome option perfect for installing into the ceilings of offices, bars and clubs. The XVD103 is set up before you get it for great night-time performance but it's easy to adjust the settings using its simple OSD menu and joystick control. Engineer friendly, the XVD103 even has an additional test monitor output so you can check the camera and set it up locally without disconnecting the primary "video out" from the DVR.
