Warranty Information
Unless specifically specified, all equipment is warranted against manufacturing defects. Length of warranty varies depending upon make and model. All product warranty lengths are stated on product sheets, and our catalog.

Defects caused by misuse, abuse, negligence, accidents, modifications, tampering, and unauthorized repairs are not covered by warranty. Within the warranty period, Claricom, will at it's discretion repair or replace the product(s) without charge.

Return Goods Authorization Policy
Please note our return policy for defective products. Our objective is to keep costs at a minimum for both us, and our customers. It is important that these procedures are followed.

All product returns will require an RGA number to accompany their return, or they will not be accepted at our warehouse. You can request an RGA number via fax, phone, email, or our online RGA application. Please indicate the quantity and items to be returned. Depending on your location, you will be instructed on where to ship the RGA defective units. A form will accompany the RGA, please complete the form and send it with the defective products.
Upon receiving the units, we will either ship you replacement products, or issue credit for the products.

You are responsible for the costs to ship the units to us. Any charges that are incurred by Claricom that are associated to us receiving the product, as a result from Courier Freight charges, or Customs Duties & Taxes, etc… will be charged back to the customer.

If you have any concerns please contact us first. This will avoid any unnecessary expenses, and make the whole process much simpler.

Legality of Products
It is the responsibility of the Purchaser, not Claricom, or any employee of said company, to determine and comply with all federal, state, and local laws and regulations in regard to the purchase, possession and use of all products offered by Claricom. Purchaser assumes all liability or damage resulting from the use, misuse or unlawful use of any products offered. By placing an order, the Purchaser agrees that all products will be used in a legal and lawful manner in accordance with all applicable federal, state and local laws.
